Jianbing Guozi is one the most beloved street breakfast in China. Guozi 果子stands for Youtiao (deep fried flour dough) 油条. The crepe is made of mung bean and wheat flour topped with egg, scallions, cilantro, black sesame and various sauces. It is the earliest form of Jianbing, originated in Tianjin 天津 China.
